Happy New Year! I am novice from Fort Myers, Florida used to cooking on the standard store bought electric and cheap gas smokers. From the little bit of lurking I have done I am confident I have found the right place for insight and advice. My goal is to build a reverse flow smoker for cooking for family and friends.
