Halloween Stew/ 007 Chicken Chow Mein!

I'm on a short city block so don't see a ton of trick or treat action and enjoy cooking out front to tease the few that come by with the sweet smell of oak and maple

Did up some chicken chow mein on the 007 with some smoked/grilled chicken from yesterday. I used the wok and raised up the dome to clear the woks handle....works great to cook all the ingredients and get some good old fashioned smoke on everything!

Thanks!, it was guuuuuuud!!   I remember growing up on canned chicken chow mein and this chicken is 100 times better and the chow mein is definitely much better.    Good wood smoke aside from the ingredients makes everything better as well. lol

That's one of our favorite dishes, we use shrimp in it too sometimes!

Might be using turkey after TG Day.
