If it's farm raised I bet it's even milder, I bet it's awesome grain fed. My favorite way to grill elk is S&P garlic and baste with butter. I cook it the same way on the stove in a C.I. pan. Even my mother and sister that won't eat any wild game love it. I laugh because my sister is now ordering Elk burgers whenever she see's them on a menu, she didn't taste it for over 3 yrs until my mother tried it first now they both ask for it when I'm cooking.:emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing:
