Just getting into smoking as my brother and brother in law both do it with great results. Little about me, 50 years young and married for 23 years. Two great I dare, daughter is 17 and my son is 14. Love 80s rock, classic cars and watching my son play sports. Thinking of getting a all electric smoker but that's another post. Hope to learn lots from the pros here and get into smoking lots of good eats.
