Hello All!
I ran across this forum about a month or so ago when I started doing some research on the art of smoking meat. I have just recently gotten a WSM 18.5. So far I have smoked chicken wings, pork tenderloin and a boston butt and learn something new each time. Look forward to learning from you all as well.
