I guess I'm going about this the wrong as I first posted in a couple other threads. I live in North Central MN 180 miles North of Minneapolis and just purchased my 1st smoker, a Pit Boss 700D. I'm going to take my first swing at a set of baby backs tomorrow so I'm hoping to stave off any catastrophes :-) I'm really enjoying all of the information exchanged here and I hope to learn a lot from all of you.
