Hi everyone and thanks for letting me on the forum.
Its been quite awhile since I had a smoker but I recently purchased a home built smoker set up with an offset firebox and a cross flow design. Getting used to it a little at a time.

Every time I google something about using the smoker this site pops up with great info.
Looking forward to being a part of this online community.
