Greetings from NC! 

I am completely new to the smoking world. Never attempted to smoke anything. I am sure that I will have TONS of questions. I am looking into a small Smokey Joe Weber just to try out the hobby. I have a gas grill at the house but want charcoal.

Helpful advice for this piglet is welcome!
