Hi, I'm Steve from South Shore of Massachusetts, new to smoking. I have had my Weber smokey Mt 18" for 12 days, my first smoker. Today, I have launched my second smoke, two loin back ribs, using apple and cherry, on Kingsford briquettes. Hoping to learn from the vets on these boards, and develop some skill with the Weber. Thanks!
