Helol all,Sal here from Arkansas. Just a little back story about myself. I come from a family of men cooks. GrandFather was a naval cook in WWII. Nobody has culinary training. We just love to eat.I bought a bbq sandwich at a ballgame that wound up being straight up crockpot bbq. I decided then and there I would start smoking my own food.I've built both of the reverse flow cookers I've ever owned. I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm learning all the time.
