Green hand to SMF

  1. Hello ya'll Just joined up to SMF, like several guys have said I've been creeping around the site and decided to join in. I've been smoking meat off and on for several years. I've had a home made smoker that I acquired from my ex wife's grandad, he liked me at least I thought so, LOL! I recently acquired a decent buy off CL and have been working on completing it. I'll post some pics in new builds a little later on. That's how I found this site looking for ideas. Back on myself, I'm a claims supervisor/adjuster for a crop insurance company. Travel a lot with the job but it's lots of fun, most of the time. Have a wife and a little boy that hopefully will grow up and like to cook as much as dad! Look forward to meeting ya'll

  5. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
