I have been on the SMF for 3 years but never officially introduced myself. In fact I just recently updated my profile.
I am a SoCal smoker learning as I go. I have a MES digital 30 with mailbox mod, a Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited that I added mods, a Stok charcoal grill and last week added a Weber gas grill.
I've learned so much and thank everyone for being so helpful.
