South Louisiana-Yes, it is HOT
Had a great time in Montana!

Brought 10# of 16-25 count shrimp for a boil last Saturday night. They were perfectly cooked!

7 guys ate until every shrimp was GONE! LOL!!!

Also fried some pepperjack cheese stuffed boudin balls at a friends bowling alley/bar/casino/restaurant in the little town. They closed the restaurant Saturday for a private party.

They pulled out some duck wings to fry as well with a blackberry plum sauce....Pretty good too!!

Man you sure needed a personal nurse/luggage carrier on that trip. I must have missed that call!
Montana is on the bucket list!

Looks like a nice trip and welcome to our world….. :-) I looks like you were in the eastern side…. If so you weren’t to far from “no tellum creek” homestead…..PS….There is a reason they call it big sky country!

That's a real deal meal.
I brought dungenes crab from Seattle to MN years ago. Lots of happy eaters.
I'm tired of the drawn out spring temps here. Too cold to plant the summer tenders. I don't want the heat and humidity back south either.

Great looking trip there Keith, always wanted to go to Montana

Good friend of mine had family land right on the Bob Marshal , and he always tried to get Mona and I to go on a horse packing trip up in there . Kick my ass for not doing it . He was always sending pictures like that of his property.

Great trip and pictures. Worked the railroad out near Glacier and Kalispell areas. Beautiful country out there.

That sounds like a blast! I had a similar experience with shrimp not too long ago. I was flying out for a seafood festival and managed to snag some cheap business class flights. The extra legroom and comfy seat made the trip much more enjoyable, and I arrived ready to dig into some great food.

For the festival, I brought a big batch of shrimp and cooked them up for a friends’ gathering. They turned out fantastic—just like your boil! It’s amazing how a little planning and good ingredients can make a meal so memorable.
