Hello guys and gals I have been smoking about 2yrs.  I have the Master Griller Trio and I just purchased a Masterbuilt 40 electric smoker.  I have smoked ribs, Chicken, and pork loin.  I have my first brisket in the refrigerator and will be starting it first thing in the morning, wish me luck!
