Ok so I am looking at getting one of the above.  I am looking for some feedback from anybody that already has one.  Any input greatly appreciated.

Jeremy , Iguess I'm a cheap old Poot . I'll go to like Bass Pro and get three Fillet Knives for $10 and a Chef knife at GFS fo $20 . Use till done, toss and repeat...

I try to be Frugal...like Jeff Smith

Just sayin', have fun and...

You couldn't go wrong with either of the knives suggested above.

And more money to fill the beer cooler, too!

Good luck and good smoking.

I have used a filet knife for a long time with good results.  A friend at work uses the same.  I dream of an expensive carving knife; but I agree that filling the cooler is just as good an idea..............Oh well, my filet knife works fine.

Either way, good luck and happy slicing.
