I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE ! Unless you actually got to pick up the knife !
Its too personnel, You have the balance of the blade, does it feel idea in yur hand as you use it ?
Does it hurt yur hand? ,Feel too loose?, Too tight?.
Find a store that has what you feel Comfy with !
I have 2 German knives that fit me ! Carbon steel, when they surface rust, oil them.
One to prep, A larger one to carve larger cuts.
They were expensive 40 yrs ago, BUT!? They still do the job .
Few years ago got a Henckel Block knife set.
They were sharp, but extremely thin blades.
