Within 10 min's the twin was rolling smoke, the chuckie was panned and A-foiled and I was back on track for a slightly later dinner. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Mama still doesn't know how I pulled it off and I ain't going to tell her that there are 2 smokers in the garage now.
