What do ya get when you add low heat, reduced auger feed and a 30mph breeze? Yep, 1st. one in 2 years. This PB820D is factory stock while it's faternal twin, another PB820D, is rigged with a Grilla Grill Alpha Dual Smoke controller. Within 10 min's the twin was rolling smoke, the chuckie was panned and A-foiled and I was back on track for a slightly later dinner. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Mama still doesn't know how I pulled it off and I ain't going to tell her that there are 2 smokers in the garage now.
