Well I got a $50 rebate from my boss to Cabelas,so I bought a new knife. Then I needed something to eat to try out said knife. Marinated some thin cut chicken breasts in ceaser dressing for a few hours,loaded the performer and vortex with kbb and some cherry and grilled some brats. Then after the brats I tossed on the chicken,finished over the vortex for some good color. Mixed up the salad tossed in the chicken and dinner was served. Oh and the knife was nice and sharp,I think it's a keeper it's a 10" Victornox cimeter.
