Gold Star brand ribs

Here in the Carolinas we have Bilo grocery stores that feature "Gold Star" meats.

Can anyone tell me if this brand is any good?  I am selecting ribs and these are on sale this week ($2.49 p/lb)

Harris Teeter here has them for $2.97 p/lb

Probably as significant as ones labeled "All Natural".  I always get a kick out of seeing that.  

That's a great price though - as long as they're meaty enough and taste good.
