I can't really say that I have a favorite. Different ones however work better in different applications. The pepper bacon and Cajun bacon make the best BLT's you'll ever have. Not a huge fan of the maple or molasses bacon on BLT's though due to the sweetness but they are fantastic as a breakfast meat. Oddly the sweeter bacon tastes best in scalloped potatoes though. I'd have thought otherwise but the sweetness really melds well with the onions and cheese. Bottom line, it's all a matter of what you're using them for and with a variety like I now have on hand, I can experiment with different ideas :-)
