Heres what happens when you give a decent idea to a FREAK With Fire.

Girls Gone Wild! Southwestern style.
4 heapin scoops of mayo
3 heapin scoops of chipotle puree *
2 heapin scoops of course ground mustard w/ garlic
a couple Tbs EVOO
a couple Tbs lemon juice
a whole bunch a cilantro ( maybe more )

*I take a can of chipotles in adobo sauce and puree. Its my favorite spice/condiment. Heck, I would eat that stuff on crackers.

Process the whole mess in a food processor.

Put a thin layer in a pan, Layer in the chicks, and smother with sauce.
By puttin all 6 breasts in one pan, it took 2.5 - 3 hours to ge to temp.
Cooked with pecan and mulberry. Awesome smoke flavor and a nice spice too.

Thanks Geek for the inspiration.

phreak...can I borrow your camera? Maybe Santa wil bring me one for Christmas.
