And as if a fatty and a meat loaf was not enough...

I had to do a whole chicken.





Tied the ends of the bird together:


Finally got to use my marinade injector for the first time!





And into the GOSM it goes! (With everything else!)





End result to follow!
 
I agree, if there is still room on the smoker ..........

Yes sir thats a happy Full smoker there. I agree wheres the bacon for the chicken? Don't forget the plated Q please.

Saw your post and it looks so good that I am going to try it Friday night.

Did you use a rub on the bird? I am not sure what type of rub to use that would go along with the Ginger Teriyake Marinade. Any suggestions

Wayne, I did not rub anything on the chicken. Maybe I would do a little bit of ground ginger little bit of dark brown sugar, and some black pepper. I wouldn't go too crazy on it.
 
BigTrain that is some fine looking chicken man! I love pulled chicken because you can make so many different things with it, especially if you have any leftovers.
