March was tough month so I decided to start April off right.

I decided I was going to do some pulled chicken.

The finished product was a 1/2 pan. Just needs sauced. Was going to do some spicy and some mild.

Then I decided I might as well make a day out of it. I smoked a 4lb meatloaf & a 1/2 pan of beans.

Decided to try just a quick meatloaf Sammy.

It definitely was a good day and a great smoke!

Damn, you roared into April.

Everything looks great.

All looked really great, man. Please don't tell us that your smoker holds heat so well that none of that snow was melted after the cook. :yahoo:

Now that there is some fine looking vittles. Nice smoker to.

And thank you everyone for the points. Thumbs Up

Nice smoke!

We're so glad that the snow is gone! Was a long cold winter!

I thought winter was winding down and just like that we had 30" of snow in 5 days.
Hopefully can get some good smokes in this month.

Thanks Thumbs Up

Snow on the ground never stopped me from smoking. I just change up to cold smoking. Great times smoking weather white or green outside. Good looking food.
Bet it was one heck of a tasty meal.

I just usually have a lot of driveway to clean so that distracts from the smoking some.
