I've seen it on here before that if there ain't a qview there ain't no smoke'n or something like that. Well, I screwed up and didn't think about the digtal till it was to late. But, my I just have to pass this on. My son had just gotten back from houston tx and said my ribs were better than the ones had in texas. I accussed him of buttering me up. I used the 3---1-1/2---1-1/2 time frame. Good smoke, good rub, good ribs.
