gary, they take about 2 hrs....that's why i do them!
this time pecan....i usually use cherry/apple mix. i thought they came out good.
oh yea........
tader.....what you see is pretty much it. i did brine them in salt and my rub for 2 hrs. after a quick rinse i then hit them with olive oil and more rub. put them in the gasser/charcoal vertical over pecan for 1.5 hrs.
wait and see what i did with the left overs............
