Turned out very well. Took 18 hours and I smoked with a bit of hickory and a lot of applewood most of the cook. Tasted better than any pulled pork I've had except for the whole hog cafe in Little Rock, AR.

I love pulled pork.

How's it look?
 
Looks good.  Applewood is the ONLY wood I use on my pulled pork and after only a few practices I too am able to create the best pulled pork I've ever eaten.  Not trying to sound cocky but it's damn tasty and given how HORRIBLE I am at brisket I'll celebrate this victory proudly.  Your pics make me want to run out and grab me a butt now!
