Spun up a good little meal. We had roasted red potatoes tumbling in the rotisserie basket. Pork shoulder cut country style ribs on 1/2 pair of OctoForks...NOT to be confused with loin cut. These went to probe tender. Then a 1/2 chicken seasoned with SPG from Sucklebusters. Really good meal and super easy to cook! Definitely had lots of room left over for more food. Used 2 pairs of OctoForks and a standard flat rotisserie basket.
The potatoes were outstanding and the CSR got some great self basting...super tasty

Wow!:drool Do you think you could stick some pork on the end of the tater basket to give the taters the love they deserve? Great looking meal!

Thanks B.  The potatoes sure cooked quick and weren't on there long enough to get much love. lol    I'm guessing the cooked through in about 30 minutes.
