My youngest son has the flu, so I stayed home with him today. I got bored and got the itch to cook something but everything I had was frozen. I remembered reading a post from @SmokinAl about doing ribs from frozen. I had a rack from a pig we had butchered in the freezer. I figured no better time to give this a try... and that's what I did...
