Sorry to see that your son has the flu. I've read where it's really been hitting a lot of folks real hard.

The ribs look fantastic and love the sides. I have also done Al's SmokinAl method. Works well and I've also used it with a frozen ribeye steak...

Thanks Charles, it definitely hit him hard at first, but doing much better now. I'm definitely gonna keep this tool for thinner cuts. Works great for those busy days.. and we have no shortage of those.

Thanks Justin, he's doing much better. I think a good rib dinner helped cure him lol

SmokinAl turned me onto frozen ribs a while back. Always better to have frozen ribs than no smoked meat at all. Yours look tasty!
