Bump he temp up to 275°Was hoping to have more pics but the damn thing won't cook. Had to foil it around 5 this morning due to a bad tempt stall and it has only risen 20 degrees in 4 hrs. It's 173 now. I bumped the heat up to 250. I hope someone sees this and gives me some help, SOON!!!!

This guy has issues, if you handed me a plate of pulled pork you spent 11+ hours slaving over you would probably be missing a few fingers!Yes, I fixed him a beautiful plate and he hasn't touched it.
