9.6 pound prime brisket and spare ribs St. Louis cut. All very tasty. I wasn't happy with my flat slicing job. Oh well...

Looks good. I like to use an electric fillet knife to cut rate bs and brisket.
Have you ever used a granton edge slicing knife? I got one for Christmas last year and the difference it make in brisket slicing for me was amazing.
 
The only problem I see with your slicing job is there ain't any slices on my plate.

I kinda have to agree here. We love brisket around here but with folks still leery of being in a fairly large gathering I've not had enough guests to justify cooking one. That's about to change though. Tracy picked one up yesterday from Costco that's gonna get cooked real soon. Very nice job.
