Fresh Sausage Sammies with “Peppers in Sauce”

Mrs Bear found some Loose Fresh Sausage, so I made some patties out of it (about 1/3 pound each).
Then I Vac Packed them, without freezing first, which is why they’re out of shape.
They still tasted Great, especially with some Tallarico’s Peppers in Sauce, added to the rolls.
These really were Tasty Sammies!!!

I had one left over from our Supper, so I added it to a couple Eggs the next morning!!

A couple Youngsters dropped by for a Nap, and my Little “Smokey” liked the idea & took a Nap of his own in his little Bed.

Reminds me of brat-patties. Though I think it'll be far far cheaper to buy brekkie sausage and make patties like this and just toss in some extra seasoning!

That brings back memories, we had a cat named Smokey when I was a kid I haven’t thought about him in years. He looked very similar to your Smokey.

He's my Little Buddy!
Every place I go, Smokey has to be right with me. Even when I go to the bathroom & close the door, he sits outside the door & waits for me & follows me to my chair or wherever I go from there. The only thing is he "Follows" me from the front, and I have to watch I don't trip over the little Guy!!!
I love Dogs too, but Cats are Amazing!

I have a different little buddy these days, my little Pomeranian, Willy. He too follows me every where
I go and if I am sitting in my chair he is always on my lap. When he hears the jingle of my car keys
he follows me to the door grabbing my pant leg so I can’t leave him. He can be a pain in the neck
sometimes but I love him to death.
