Fresh Italian Pork Sausage Sammies
Here’s some more Great stuff for running through my Air Fryer #360:
So far my favorite stuff for this Air Fryer is Chicken, Fish, Pizza, and Sausage (Fresh & Smoked).
So here’s some Sausage again. I set it @ 360° for 20 minutes, expecting it to only take about 14 minutes, but for some reason it wasn’t done when I checked at 14 minutes. I had to keep it in until 20 minutes. However it was Great when it was done!! I toasted the Rolls a bit, and added some “Tallarico’s Peppers in Sauce” & a Sausage in each Roll.
The second night, I sliced a couple Sausages into 1/2” slices, Nuked them to heat them & placed them on the open faced Toasted Rolls, along with some more “Peppers in Sauce”. Then I added a Pickled Red Beet Egg.
Had to eat this one with a Fork!
Bonus Meal
Then I have a "Bonus Meal" of Pork Chops, below the sausages.
I didn't save a lot of Info, so I'm just throwing it on here as a Bonus, instead of giving it a Thread of it's own.
It came with Spanish Rice, Green Beans, and some of Jeff's Awesome BBQ Sauce for dipping.
Then I took the rest of the leftover Pork chop trimmings, and made a couple Sammies the next day.
That’s about it—Thanks for stopping in,
Bear
