For those who live near one, they have USDA Choice boneless chuck roast on sale this week for $3.99/lb. and Boston Butts for 99¢/lb. Only problem with both is that they don't cut anything anymore, everything comes pre-packaged, so you'll have to buy the chuck roasts that they have on hand and cut your own country style ribs from the butts if you want those. Most chuck roasts are in the 2-2 1/2 lb. range and the butts are around 10 lbs.
