Hello all,
My name is Tony and I currently live in Southfield MI and work for the government on the Robotics Program at Selfridge Air National Guard Base.
I am prior service Army Infantry (Hooah!!! To all of my actives, Vets, and retirees).
Up until recently I have always used a Weber bullet style smoker but recently sold it and purchased a massive 44" Smoke Hollow. To that end, I am new to gas smokers and to smokers with wood chip drawers...do I have to pre-lite the chips or will they smoke all the same?
