Hi Guys,

I have been smoking for about ten years. I am from England.

On moving to the states I discovered BBQ and decided to get into it.

I had a Lowes $100 offset smoker for about eight years, it finally rusted out about two years ago.

My wife bought me a Lang 48 patio last year, this thing is awesome! It is so easy to cook on and clean.

Thanks to all of you for the tips and recipes I have found on here. Keep Smoking!
