I’ve done a couple flats previously, but this was my first whole packer. Didn’t go the fast route, but went about 9 hrs at 275. Wrapped in butcher paper at 165 and pulled at 203. Very pleased, especially since the wife even said it was really good. I used the Kosmos SPG.

Looks darn good especially for you’re maiden voyage. Nice job.
