From West Palm Beach Florida. always had a love affair for smoked food. Now its time to try my hand at it. Treated myself to a MBS 30. then just sat and stared at it for 3 days not sure where to begin. then I found this web site. and low and behold: 1 smoked pork butt, 4 racks of st louis ribs and two racks of trout later I'd say I'm off and running.
