I just purchased a Masterbuilt 30 about two weeks ago. I smoked a whole chicken and some ribs and they both came out amazing.
First time smoker, long time eater.

From one Newbie to another
Just got one of them myself and waiting for the extra racks to get in before I season it, did a rack mod so I have 8 racks, starting with Jerky, so all those racks will surely be nice, going to move into some other stuff of course, also going to use it to cook up some meats for dinner and maybe once I get accustomed to the new smoker host a cookout and get some feedback on the change, they run for the Char Grill, need to see how the MES holds up to them.
