I want to start off by thanking they guys that gave me some pointers. 

And some of you(actually most of you) asked for pictures and Im glad to show you.

Looks good to me, missing the slather but that's not a requirment. Are you wrapping it and letting it sit b4 ya smoke? let us know how it goes.
 
What happened to the finished shots ?
 
Sorry it took so long guys.  I had something important come up that day so as soon as it was down, it got thrown in the fridge. 

It did turn out very very well. 

Smoked it at 200 degress for 2 1/2 hours. 

Im planning on smoking another one here soon and Ill make sure I get before and after pictures for sure.
