They ended up sticking to the bones a bit more than they should have but they tasted great. My girlfriend doesn't like ribs so I haven't had an occasion to try again yet.

Did you use the 3-2-1 method?

Tell us a little about what you did.
 
They look pretty good!  I have an MES30 and have done ribs a few times and they always turn out GREAT!!  Did you remember to pull the membrane off the back of the ribs?
 
Possibly more time in the foil then. Always look at your pullback on the bone. If not close to 1/2 inch, rewrap them for another 1/2 hour or so.
 
one thing comes to mind that you didn't mention , when you foiled the ribs did you spritz them with some apple juice or some other liquid , that will help a lot
 
i'm with flash on this one, sounds like a little more time in the foil would have helped but 2 hrs usually gets it
