I discovered some corned beef for sale at my local grocery store. I've been wanting to try making some pastrami for a while now. I picked up a couple of flat cut briskets about 4.5 pounds each. Soaked in water for 5 hours. I used the rub from amazingribs.com. They've been sitting in the fridge for a couple of days now. I plan on smoking them Saturday. More Qview coming Saturday.
