Tried samon this morning,came out pretty good just a little salty I shouldn't have sprinkled A little garlic salt .stuck to Jeff's recipe But it is still very good. : grilling_smilie:

The wine Olmena pinot noir It is made specially for total wine,was very good. :)
 
That's the good thing about pinot it will go with almost anything and it's a plus my wife is a trainer for Total Wine :yahoo:
