Hello everyone. New to BBQ but have been smoking fish for a few years since I moved to Alaska. Just traded up from a home built plywood box with a hot plate to a PK100SS electric. I work 3 months on and 3 months off at sea so the wife is home enjoying my new smoker and I haven't even been able to use it yet! Hope everyone is having a great start of summer. Look forward to learning from everyone.
