After playing around on the new format for a while, at first i didnt like the change but im warming too it.. i love the community here and ive grown to embrace the new layout
Havent posted anything in quite a while so i thought id share some pics of a couple brisky point ends i cooked over the weekend on the drum, ran at 250 pretty much all day, absolutely no wind and its coming into summer here in Australia so it held temp like a dream, truely set n forget
Rubbed with just some SPOG, a little ground coffee and a hint of brown sugar just to balance it out.. at 170 i did wrap with just a spray of ACV in the foil to speed along the cook (slept in)
She probed super tender at 203 so pulled and rested just on the counter for half hour
