Hi everyone..

After playing around on the new format for a while, at first i didnt like the change but im warming too it.. i love the community here and ive grown to embrace the new layout

Havent posted anything in quite a while so i thought id share some pics of a couple brisky point ends i cooked over the weekend on the drum, ran at 250 pretty much all day, absolutely no wind and its coming into summer here in Australia so it held temp like a dream, truely set n forget

Rubbed with just some SPOG, a little ground coffee and a hint of brown sugar just to balance it out.. at 170 i did wrap with just a spray of ACV in the foil to speed along the cook (slept in)

She probed super tender at 203 so pulled and rested just on the counter for half hour

Cheers everyone! Couldnt resist the butcher had a heap of point ends for sale and i couldnt say no, threw a couple in the freezer too so im thinking sunday ill do a heap of burnt ends.. would you believe ive never made them before?
