First pork butt on the okie joe

Got a 7 pound pork butt rubbed down with mustard and todds big bald bbq rub amd wrapped in foil.....will start fire in 4 hours at 2am

I put 2 splits in firebox with full chimney waiting on to get to temp now

Up to 300 with a lot of smoke so far
