whats it taste like? Do you need to add fat to make sausage?Ive met Swedish people here on holidays who hunt/eat it ,heard it about it in Canada but never ate it,

It is the closest wild game to beef  for taste. Some people can't tell the difference between moose and beef roast. I add 30% pork.

I heard the same thing about Elk but to me Elk is about the best meat going .
