While doing a brisket today I decided to try a fatty and it sure did turn out great. JD sage sausage stuffed with mushrooms, black olives, green chiles, sautéed onions and cheddar cheese ropes off with a bacon weave! No seasoning needed.

Autocorrect ropes = topped
