This is my first build ever, so like anything else I do Im doing it all out!! 500 gal tandem axle trailer build. Im hoping I can just throw these up here and get some feedback on tips, directions, pointers, short cuts, etc. Ive spent alot of time on here looking at other peoples builds and have got alot of good info from you guys. Plan is RF 2 3ft. doors with 2 maybe 3 racks. Trailer and tank are set to be sandblasted and coated in near future. Ive been taking my time doing this not getting in a big hurry but now that i can see it starting to come together im itching to get it done ASAP. Trying to do this on a budget and so far i think ive done pretty well. Trailer and tank were free from a good friend as well as wheels and tires. Toolbox was just laying around in my garage. So far I have about $400 in materials and the trailer rebuild tied up in it. It got all new bearing, trailer brakes, hubs, and new lights. Please tell what yall think.

It will be a beast!   You will have plenty of room for three rack levels.   I would insulate the firebox to help with fuel efficiency.  If you need any dimensions or help, just send me a PM.

Firebox volume should be 1/3 of cook chamber volume as a general rule of thumb. So if you CC is 3000 cubic inches, you'd want you"re fb 1000 CI
